Well it's another lazy day Sunday for me. Yesterday I made a Halloween birthday card & Halloween treat jar for Sammie. Her Birthday is October 5th and she'll be 20. Can't believe it's been 14 years since I met my sweet daughter.

Week of Sept 21-26

This week I found out that Sammie is going to have a baby boy. I'm excited for her. The doctor says the baby seems healthy.

Alex dropped off some wonderful pork. Sausage, chops, roast, & ham steaks. So far I've only eaten the sausage and it was wonderful. Today I'm going to cook the roast, can't wait!

Art took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. They found a 3" nail in the left rear tire, yuck! No problems though because they were able to fix it.

This week a lot of the fall shows have started. So far the best new one is "The Good Wife". I really liked that one. Some that are just OK are, "Mercy", "Forgotten", & "Flash Forward". Of course we also have the returning shows. Loved "Law & Order", "Criminal Minds", & "Grey's Anatomy". Then there are my reality shows, "Survivor" & "Amazing Race"(starts tomorrow).

Today, I've already been on the treadmill for an hour and I'm going to make Sammie a birthday card.

Here is the Halloween card I made today. Made five of the same card. This week I'm going to make five of another one. Earlier in the week I made a birthday card for Lexy and one for Colton. They are also pictured.

SUNDAY, TIME TO RELAX

Had a good time yesterday at Grandmother's. Jeramy & Mel came over, so we ordered Chinese. It was good to finally meat Mel. She seems like a really nice girl. My is exercising done now I plan to relax and make Halloween cards. Should be doing some house work, but........just don't want to.

Yippee it's Friday!

Well it's my turn to work a full shift on Friday. Friday's are boring. I have had some work to do, so I've tried to drag it out to last the entire day. Other than that kind of sloooooooooooow. Tomorrow will be heading up to Grandmother's house for a visit and to help with whatever she needs. She is a hoot to be around sometimes and sometimes she can be ornery, but I sure do love her!

FUN FUN FUN

I've had quite the fun times the past two days. On Tuesday I went to the zoo with Stacie and her two girls - it was great! Then yesterday, Wednesday, I hung out with Mom & Dad Hill, Fred, & Eva. It was so nice seeing them and going out to lunch!

Monday and no work. Yippee!!

Well it's Monday and normally I would be working, but I have the next three days off. Yippee! I have so much vacation time accrued that if I don't take some time off I'll lose it. Today I'm posting pictures of Jon's daughter Mikelle. Can't leave our sweet, smart little Mikelle out!



Also want to mentioned how wonderful Art has been. He was wonderful with Millie during her time of need. He helped with her therapy and he even let her lick his fingers. Every day before he leaves he makes sure that he pats each dog on the head to show his love for them. Art is such a good man!

Well it's only noon and I have gone out and trimmed all my rose bushes. It was great weather, overcast. Alex posted on Facebook that TJ had a double header last night. He got the win on the mound in game one and hit a 2 run home run in the second game. Here are some pictures of Alex's kids, whom I love very much!

These are the two Halloween cards I made today. They were made using my silhouette machine, Stampin-up stamps, & my I-top from Imaginisce. Really had a fun time making them today

My Little Millie

I'm sitting here wondering if I should worry about Millie or not. It's been two weeks since her splint was removed and over four weeks since her surgery. She will use her leg once in a while, but not often. She is my special girl and I just feel bad for her and want her to get better.

The begining

This is the beginning of my blog.
It's a great day today! No work and all my dogs are beside me. I wanted to post some pics of my wonderful Nieces and Nephews. How cool is Jackson in those funky sunglasses. This picture of Fiona has to be my all time favorite!
