For the last two days I've been playing my EA sports active. I have started the 30 day challenge and man it works you out. I only go for about 22 min each time, but the exercises really wear me out. Yesterday I ran track, did inline skating, boxing(with kicks too), lunges, & bicep curls. Yesterday I also did treadmill for 22 min and did my Wii step for 20 min. Today was more running, high knees, and high kicks while running/walking. Different types of lunges, knee crunches and more bicep curls.
I also went on the treadmill for 30 minutes today. I just have to keep up with the exercise to keep my body feeling good and keep up on my health. I don't want to not be able to do anything when I get older. After all I'm just 1 year from 50.
One problem with exercising so much is that it seems to make me more hungry and then I eat and feel like I just wasted all my exercise time. Hopefully I can get the right balance of food and exercise.
Work has been busy so far this week. Have meetings every morning this week and one in the afternoon on Thursday. Plus I was assigned the task of completing our worksheet for rating the products for our RFP.
Well that's about it for today, think I'm going to just go and relax for the rest of the night.
You are awesome! Sounds like a great workout. We have been doing Jillian Michaels (from the Biggest Loser) 30 day shred. It's only 20 minutes, but it KILLS me! You are my inspiration that I can do cardio on top of it.
